Job Description

• Design and develop multi-layered PCBs using OrCAD software for various applications, including control systems, embedded systems, sensors, and power electronics.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to understand design requirements and specifications.
• Perform schematic capture, component placement, routing, and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) checks.
• Conduct signal integrity and power integrity analysis to ensure reliable PCB performance.
• Generate and review Gerber files, BOMs, and assembly drawings for PCB manufacturing and assembly.
• Work with PCB manufacturers to address any design-related issues during the fabrication and assembly process.
• Maintain and update PCB design documentation and databases.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and military specifications for PCB design and manufacturing.
• Participate in design reviews, providing input on design feasibility, cost, and manufacturability.
• Support testing and debugging of PCB prototypes and final products.
