Design and develop 3D models and 2D drawings of components, assemblies, and complete machines using SolidWorks.
Collaborate with the production and project teams to translate client requirements into functional and manufacturable designs.
Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
Revise and update existing designs to improve performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and design specifications.
Support the assembly and testing teams during prototype and final machine builds.
Ensure all designs comply with quality and safety standards.
Participate in design reviews and provide innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
