Education :BE in IT/Computer or Related field

Design, develop, and maintain SaaS applications using the MERN stack.
Build reusable, modular, and scalable components for front-end and back-end.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring high availability.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).
Hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, context, Redux) and Node.js/Express.js.
Experience with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation, performance tuning).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS deployment strategies.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
Understanding of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth) and security best practices.
Experience with Git/GitHub and agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
