• Develop detailed mechanical designs using AutoCAD and CATIA software.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are feasible and optimized for production.
• Modify and refine designs to eliminate design problems and improve efficiency.
• Conduct stress analysis and other engineering calculations to validate designs.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to designs and revisions.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during the manufacturing process.
• Assist in the development of prototypes and testing of mechanical components.
• Continuously improve design processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
