Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and designers to create detailed 3D architectural visualizations.
• Develop high-quality 3D renderings and animations for various projects including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and SketchUp to create accurate and detailed models.
• Transform blueprints, site plans, and materials into realistic 3D renderings.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring satisfaction with the final product.
• Produce visualizations that accurately represent design concepts and project specifications.
• Participate in project meetings to provide insights and feedback on 3D visualization aspects.
• Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization and architectural design.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials using 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with the support team to address client queries and provide necessary information.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to 3D modeling and rendering.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and processes within the visualization team.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and SketchUp.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D architectural visualization work.
• Excellent understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate models.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
