• Generate CNC machining programs directly from 3D CAD models.

• Prepare manufacturing drawings from customer sketches and conceptual inputs.

• Develop machining strategies for roughing, semi-finishing, finishing, and gun drilling operations.

• Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity while maintaining quality.

• Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.

• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues on the shop floor.

• Coordinate closely with machine operators, production, quality, and planning departments.

• Maintain proper documentation of CNC programs and process sheets.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve machining efficiency, reduce cycle times, minimize tooling costs, and increase machine utilization.

• Ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards.
