Job Description

Assist in preparation & submission of tenders/bids
Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and BOQs
Coordinate with internal teams for accurate bid preparation
Maintain tender database, timelines, and compliance requirements
Support management in vendor communication and bid clarifications
B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
1–2 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or contracts
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication & documentation skills
