Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack RoR Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing web applications using Ruby on Rails on both the front-end and back-end. You will work closely with our product management and development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails framework and its conventions.
Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React.js, Vue.js).
Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and SQL.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development:
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code for both the front-end and back-end of applications.
Implement front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
Develop and integrate APIs for web and mobile applications.

Database Management:
Design database schemas and optimize queries for performance.
Utilize ORM libraries and tools to interact with databases (e.g., ActiveRecord).

Testing and Debugging:
Write automated tests to ensure the integrity and functionality of applications.
Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance.

Deployment and Maintenance:
Deploy applications to cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Heroku) and manage deployment pipelines.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and feature planning sessions.
