Develop and maintain the vehicle's 3D master CAD model.

Reverse-engineer the existing truck chassis and vehicle architecture.

Package the battery pack, traction motor, range extender, and cooling system within the existing vehicle.

Integrate supplier CAD models into the overall vehicle assembly.

Design brackets, mounts, enclosures, supports, and other mechanical components.

Work with sheet metal and welded structures/weldments.

Prepare detailed manufacturing-ready CAD designs.

Coordinate with fabrication and manufacturing teams.

Follow components through fabrication and physical installation on prototype vehicles.

Identify and resolve packaging and mechanical integration issues during prototype development.

Work closely with the core engineering team to turn designs into working vehicle prototypes.

Strong proficiency in 3D CAD.

Experience with SolidWorks, CATIA, Fusion 360, or similar CAD software.

Good understanding of mechanical design and vehicle packaging.

Ability to work with sheet metal and weldments.

Strong spatial reasoning and ability to visualize mechanical assemblies.

Ability to interpret engineering requirements and convert them into practical designs.

Hands-on approach to prototype development and fabrication.
