Job Description:

We are currently seeking 40 ITI and Diploma students for the position of Machine Operator in our production unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputed company and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery in the production unit efficiently and safely.
• Ensure production targets are met within the stipulated time frame.
• Maintain and monitor machine operations to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of machines.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of machine operations and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Experience:

• Freshers with a Diploma or ITI qualification are encouraged to apply.

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly stipend of 18,000 to 20,000 INR (no deductions).
• Monthly attendance bonus of 1,200 INR.
• Company-provided dormitory/accommodation for up to one year for migrant students.
• Job will be on company roll from day one.
• Working hours: 8 hours a day.
