- Preparation, development, and analysis of management accounting information and provide feedback to business/management.
- Assisting the team in preparing various Ad hoc reports.
- Ability to interrogate and interpret financial reports financial statements and detailed report of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Ratio Analysis
- Knowledge of financial management, particularly in gathering/ reporting on actuals, forecasts and expenses preferred
- Adept at creating dashboards and conducting complex reporting on financial performance to enhance data-driven decision-making for businesses.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
- Analyse problems and discover the best ways to solve them.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead and motivate teams to promote efficiency and effectiveness
- Complete account reconciliations and process adjustments
- Reporting Analyst
- P&L analysis reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making)
Requirements and Skills:
- Creating dynamic reports with PivotTables
- Managing large datasets with functions: IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, ETC…
- Task automation & Charts and graphs creation
- Advanced conditional formatting
- Data simulations, Data validation
- Sound business decision-making ability.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Practical experience with a variety of software applications.
