Job Description

 We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Engineer for our Production Planning and Control (PPC) team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in the automobile industry, with expertise in production planning, sheet metal stamping, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements and optimize production efficiency.
2. Monitor and control production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
3. Utilize Power BI for data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless production operations.
5. Perform advanced Excel tasks for production planning and control.
6. Analyze big data to identify trends and improve production processes.
7. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.
9. Continuously improve production planning and control processes.
10. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management review.
