Job Description

• Perform CRUD operations efficiently using ASP.NET.

• Work on daily tasks assigned by the Team Leader (TL).

• Ensure a clear understanding of each task before starting work.

• Seek clarification from the TL if the task requirements are not fully understood.

• Confirm deadlines while receiving tasks.

• Work efficiently and strive to complete tasks before the deadline.

• If a task is not completed within the stipulated time, work extra hours to complete it within the deadline.

• In critical work scenarios, an extension of up to 50% of the deadline (e.g., 4 extra hours for an 8-hour task) may be allowed.

• If an employee exceeds the extended deadline (more than 50%), the company will not compensate for the extra hours worked.

• Follow the instructions given by the TL and provide regular updates on task progress at specified intervals
