Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals and partnerships.
  8. Monitor and report on business development activities and progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
  9. Maintain a deep understanding of the steel industry and SRJ Company’s product offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
