Job Description

  • Printing and scanning of documents.
  • Maintaining records in Excel sheets.
  • Managing office inventory.
  • Coordinating and handling front desk activities.
  • Ensuring the office area is tidy and presentable by liaising with the housekeeping team.
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing documents.
  • Maintaining office security by adhering to safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Keeping updated records of the inward/outward flow of stationery.
  • Performing any other tasks as required.
  • Graduation in any specialization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Experience handling office machines (e.g., fax, printers).
  • Strong understanding of office management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
