Managing and assisting customers with purchases of stationery, gifts, and educational books.
Handling daily sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Maintaining a friendly and customer-focused demeanor during all interactions.
Proficiency in using Tally software for billing and inventory purposes.
Polite communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
Basic understanding of retail sales processes and ability to multitask.
