Job Description

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned area.
  2. Manage and lead the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  5. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Sambhajinagar market.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
