Skills : AutoCAD For Civil Engineer & Architect

Education :ITI (civil draftsman) or Diploma in Civil

Prepare civil drawings in AutoCAD – land mapping & GIS drafting
Worked on GIS tools like QGIS or ArcGIS
Spatial file creation – generate, edit, clean KML & KMZ files
Overlaying traditional paper maps, PDFs, or blueprint images onto digital satellite maps accurately.
Understand raw land data, survey coordinates, and CAD drawings, and converting into precise spatial layouts—specifically KML/KMZ formats, for visualization in Google Earth, ArcGIS, or custom mapping platforms.
Familiar with Maharashtra’s land revenue records and terms like 7/12 extract, Gat numbers, land layout patterns and extract these documents online from government websites.
Should be able to create KML file from 7/12 extract or village name and survey or Gat numbers.
