Job Description

• Develop and manage detailed MEP BIM models for data center projects using Revit and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate integration of MEP systems.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between MEP, structural, and architectural models.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in BIM modeling.
• Support the project team with technical expertise and provide solutions to design challenges.
• Maintain project documentation and record changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in MEP BIM modeling, specifically in the data center sector.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Experience with clash detection tools and workflows.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of data center design standards and industry practices.
• Familiarity with energy modeling and sustainability practices.
• Experience with other software such as AutoCAD, Dynamo, or BIM 360.
