Education :Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science.
Job Description
Support laptops, desktops, printers, servers, switches, and IT assets.
Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and VPN issues.
Manage laptop allocation, user accounts, and email access.
Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors (procurement, AMC, warranty). Support server tasks, backups, and IT security compliance. Work with O365/cloud services, ITIL practices, and assist in audits. Provide on-site and remote IT support as required.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science.
Minimum 1-2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, and server basics. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
