Skills : AutoCAD for Mechanical Engineers
Education :ITI (Machinist/Tool & Die Maker/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer
Understanding of machining processes and quality standards
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Operate and monitor EDM Wirecut machines efficiently.
Read engineering drawings and execute machining operations accurately.
Set up workpieces, tools, and machine parameters.
Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of machined components.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve production targets.
