Job Description

• Use SketchUp, Vray, and AutoCAD to develop detailed design concepts and 3D visualizations for interior spaces.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, translating these into innovative and functional design solutions.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and material selections.
• Develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction and installation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to oversee the progress of projects and ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Vray, and AutoCAD.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency in interior design projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
