Oversee daily operations in the Steel Melting Shop to meet production targets.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the melting shop team.

Prepare production and maintenance reports for management review.
Diploma/Degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in steel melting shop operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
