Prepare and develop Revit MEP models based on information, mark-ups and requirements provided by engineers and senior team members.

Produce Revit plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules and associated project information in accordance with company BIM procedures, project requirements and agreed deadlines.

Maintain accurate model information and follow established naming, modelling, documentation and file management standards.

Assist Senior Revit Technicians and BIM Coordinators with model coordination and clashresolution activities.

Develop an understanding of UK MEP construction practices, engineering drawings and BIM workflows through structured on-the-job training.  Carry out basic self-checks of drawings and models before submitting work for senior review.

Manage assigned tasks effectively and communicate promptly when clarification, additional information or support is required.

Work independently on allocated tasks while understanding when issues need to be escalated to a senior team member.

Maintain a willingness to learn new software, workflows, standards and project requirements.
