Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial machines and automation systems.

Configure and maintain HMI and SCADA applications.

Perform machine commissioning, testing, and validation at customer sites.

Diagnose and resolve electrical, control, and automation-related issues.

Integrate PLCs with sensors, drives, robots, vision systems, and third-party equipment.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including I/O lists, control logic, and operating manuals.

Support production teams in minimizing downtime and improving machine performance.

Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) activities.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Provide training and technical support to operators and maintenance personnel.

Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram).

Experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, Rockwell Automation, or Schneider Electric.

Experience with HMI and SCADA development.

Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and RS-485.

Understanding of electrical control panels, VFDs, servo drives, and instrumentation.

Ability to read electrical drawings and P&ID diagrams.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
