Vaibhav Industries, a leading sugar plant manufacturer, is seeking a talented Design Engineer to join our innovative team. If you have a passion for engineering and experience in AutoCAD and CATIA, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions for the sugar industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engineering solutions for sugar plant equipment and machinery using AutoCAD and CATIA software.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and models based on project specifications and client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and project management to ensure design feasibility and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct design reviews to identify potential issues and propose solutions for optimization.
• Generate bills of materials (BOMs) and technical documentation for manufacturing processes.
• Perform structural analysis and simulations to validate designs and ensure they meet performance requirements.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to select appropriate materials and components for manufacturing.
• Participate in prototype development and testing activities to validate design concepts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing design enhancements and cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines in all design activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Design Engineer, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and CATIA software for 2D and 3D modeling and drafting.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
• Experience in structural analysis and simulation software is a plus.
• Familiarity with the sugar industry or heavy machinery design is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
