Job Description:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop design concepts and presentations that align with the client's vision and project requirements.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using CAD software or any designing software.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that enhance the overall design concept.
• Coordinate with subordinates to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in interior design and architecture.
• Proactive in negotiating and dealing with B2C clients.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience (or internship experience) in interior design, preferably in a pre-sales or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
