Create detailed MEP models (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting)

Interpret 2D drawings and design documents to develop coordinated 3D BIM models

Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks

Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, and BOQs from BIM models

Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and LOD requirements

Coordinate with architects, structural teams, and other disciplines

Update models based on RFIs, revisions, and site inputs

Coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and site engineers

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering

1–3 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling

Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit (MEP)

Familiarity with Auto-CAD for drafting support

Experience with Navisworks for clash detection

Understanding of MEP systems design and coordination principles

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud

Exposure to quantity take-off and BOQ extraction

Experience in large-scale commercial/residential projects
