Oversee RCC work ensuring structural stability and safety.
Prepare detailed project estimates and cost analysis reports.
Manage and verify contractor and subcontractor billing processes.
Coordinate with teams for on-time project execution and delivery.
Inspect and ensure quality of finishing works on-site.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management review.
Resolve site issues and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with architects and consultants for design implementation.
Ensure material management and inventory control on-site.
Conduct quality checks to adhere to project specifications.
