At ABC CAD & IT Training Center, we have always believed in empowering students with career-building skills. This is the inspiring story of one such student—a young civil engineer whose dedication, discipline, and training at ABC helped her secure a rewarding professional journey in the infrastructure sector.
Our student completed her Civil Engineering degree from MGM College, Aurangabad. Like many young graduates, she faced a crucial question:
“What next? How do I prepare myself for real industry challenges?”
College education had given her foundational knowledge, but she knew she needed hands-on skills that construction, design, and government project firms demand today.
Her search for practical training led her to ABC CAD & IT Training Center, where she decided to upskill herself with professional design tools.
At ABC, she enrolled in an extensive set of courses, including:
AutoCAD 2D & 3D
Revit Architecture
3ds Max
ETABS
STAAD-Pro
Drafting & Modeling Tools
From the very first day, she experienced the difference:
Faculties who taught concepts from the basics
Friendly and supportive mentors
Practical exercises after every module
Real industry drawings for practice
Freedom to ask unlimited doubts
Weekend doubt-solving sessions
Interview preparation assistance
She often highlights that the environment at ABC was motivating and stress-free, helping her build confidence quickly.
What makes her journey special is that she secured a drafting-based job while she was still training at ABC.
Her strong AutoCAD practice and clean drafting skills gave her an early professional break.
This early success boosted her self-belief—but her real growth story was just about to begin.
After completing multiple software modules at ABC, she secured a job at Yash Unity Solutions LLP, a company involved in large-scale water supply, drainage, and infrastructure planning across Maharashtra and other states.
She joined as a:
Her responsibilities include:
Preparing detailed drainage, sewer, and water network drawings
Developing 2D and 3D models
Designing drainage systems using SewerGEMS
Collaborating with contractors, government officials, and design teams
Supporting site engineers during execution
Preparing DPR documentation and government project files
Thanks to her strong software foundation from ABC, she was able to handle these tasks with clarity and confidence.
During her time at the firm, she contributed to prestigious and challenging projects:
Aurangabad Drainage Project
Jalgaon Drainage Project
Erandol City Development
Parola Municipal Project
SincGhade Raja Drainage System
Leh-Ladakh Drainage Modeling Project
Working on these projects helped her gain real engineering experience—right from design drafting to site coordination.
One of her proudest achievements was completing a 2200 km drainage design model under a strict deadline of just two weeks.
She worked late nights, even past 1 AM, and pushed herself beyond her comfort zone.
This project taught her:
Time management
Pressure handling
Team coordination
Problem-solving
Real-time model correction
She describes this as the toughest yet most rewarding phase of her career.
She strongly believes that girls must step into civil engineering roles confidently.
According to her:
“Many girls hesitate because of site work, but practical site experience shapes you into a strong, confident engineer. It teaches you more than books ever can.”
She encourages more female engineers to embrace field challenges and explore technical roles without fear.
She attributes a large part of her success to the training at ABC:
Strong foundation in all required software
Step-by-step teaching methods
Industry-relevant projects
Friendly and experienced trainers
Unlimited doubt-solving sessions
Practical knowledge applicable on-site
Career guidance and motivation
She openly shares that teachers at ABC have played a role “as impactful as parents” in her career.
She is so satisfied with her experience that she plans to enroll her younger sister at ABC as well.
She leaves powerful advice for aspiring engineers:
Believe in yourself even when others don’t.
Consistency is more important than talent.
Develop communication skills—they matter everywhere.
Learn software properly; it is the backbone of modern engineering.
Never avoid site experience—it completes your learning.
Her journey reflects ABC’s mission:
To empower students with practical knowledge, industry skills, and career confidence.
From classroom training to real-world project execution, our students are achieving success across India and abroad.
Whether your goal is:
A job in the design industry
A role in construction firms
A government engineering position
Career growth in architecture and planning
ABC provides everything you need—training, guidance, mentorship, and complete career development.
This engineer’s transformation from a shy student to a confident professional is proof that:
The right training
Quality mentorship
Modern software skills
And a committed mindset
…can open doors to remarkable opportunities.
At ABC CAD & IT Training Center, we are proud to be part of her journey, and we continue shaping many such successful careers every single day.
